Day 24 - Prigradica, Croatia

We will spend the day driving some of the coast today before going to Djana's for dinner. We firstly drove to a small bay at Grścic and walked around the clear green waters. We also constantly stopped along the road for photo opportunities. We then followed the narrow winding road through Prižba stopping at the beautiful bay at Brna. Upon arriving it started raining so we took refuge in a small cafe for a coffee.

We walked the small town before driving back to Blato where we had dinner waiting (3pm) at Djana's. Vegetable soup and fish, broad bean mixed with potato and baked zucchini - absolutely wonderful. We then walked to Mielitsa's (another relation of K's) for a veno and cake. Her granddaughters birthday is today but there is a large celebration on Sunday which we have been invited to so should be great fun. 

We returned to the apartment at dark but that didn't stop K and I walking the tiny narrow road to the bay at Prigradica for a coffee. It was just us and a dozen bobbing boats. I had to go on a man hunt to find the owner so we could pay. He happen to own the hotel above that we had no idea existed which included a deserted restaurant where I found him eating in the kitchen. He spoke no English but sign language always does the trick.

Tomorrow will will spend the day in Korcula City.
