We also visited the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail which was his personal stable for his 12000 horses. Near here was a medina where K haggled like mad (it is a requirement to do so) in one shop and bought a bracelet.
Afterwards we toured the best preserved Roman ruins in Northern Africa. The sun is brutal and I was sunburned yesterday. On the way we saw many shanty towns and there was also many nomads that have makeshift shelters that provides shelter whilst tending to their animals. As food is short during summer, the nomads come to this area to graze there animals until it cools then they return to their villages.
We then arrived at Fez at 7pm. At 8pm we had dinner at a restaurant with traditional music and belly dancing. There was even a magic man whose tricks were amazing. Tilly, Finn and I had to dance with the belly dancer but K refused. It was a great night and we are really loving Morocco.
